Misfit pipes are unsleeved.
Not all pipes are created equal. Misfit pipes may have various differences in quality from our regular bubble; smaller, asymmetrical shapes, irregular carb holes, imperfectly beveled mouthpieces, and nonuniform thickness of glass are all possible. Misfits also include pipes that need to be washed before use due to glass fragments or other debris on/in the pipe.
Please be mindful during inspection and distribution. Some misfits may not take extreme heat (thin glass spots) or may not be up to your standards. It is important to inspect and/or wash each pipe before distribution.
We inspect all bubbles as part of our QA process to bring you the best possible pipe. Misfits are our 'farm seconds' - they're not perfect, but they'll still do the job - especially if the alternative is injection or a light bulb.
