We manufacture our own products and OEM in Haiti and have partner factories worldwide with a diversified supply chain in China, South Korea, Vietnam, Dominican Republic and Turkey.

We offer custom manufacturing solutions including screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, direct-to-garment printing, and cut and sew services. We have in-house designers who can make your idea reality or work with your existing designs.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us through our contact page to proceed with your return. Our customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policy terms. If the return is customer error, please call 1-800-307-8386 to assist with setting up the return. A 5% restock fee applies for the first 30 days, 10% for 31-60 days, and 20% for 61-90 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Customer will be responsible for return freight.
